Who is Novelty, Inc.?
This is an entrepreneurial company started in 1980 by Todd Green while in high school. Sales revenue is over $130 million and we employ 300 employees in the U.S as well as over 400 employees in China. We are a vertically integrated company that does business in 4 countries; we design, license and control the manufacturing of nearly everything we sell. Novelty, Inc. has been in business for 29 years and sets the pace for the industry to follow us. What are we looking for in our Route Sales Professionals?
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented individual with a "no excuses" attitude. This successful individual will have route sales experience, a strong work-drive, strong leadership skills, and will be passionate about their career.

Position Requirements:
Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop and kneel for extended periods of time
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Frequent lifting of 15-60 pounds
Valid Driver’s license
Pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen

Where is the product stored?
Novelty provides every route with a rented storage space.

Where is the truck parked at?
The truck stays with you, take it home every night after your day is done

How many stores will you service?
Each route typically will have 85-90 stores to service on a two week cycle.

How many hours per week?
Roughly 60 hour work week.

How is the compensation structured?
This is a base plus commission position.
