The Process When our delivery professionals arrive at your store and a product display is still full, that means it's a Dog. So, the display will be credited to you and replaced with a product that will sell. If the display is 50% full, then the delivery person will make a choice: Either fill the display back up or credit you for the remaining items and replace it with a new item. Every week, we introduce 6-15 new items into the market. We anticipate taking back 35-40% in returns of everything we put into your store.
